Exercise and wellness during shift work w/ Emergency Fit

Welcome back to another episode of ‘The Student Paramedic Podcast’. This episode is apart of our ‘wellness series’.

Today we are having a chat to Brooke and Ray from ‘Emergency Fit’ about staying healthy and exercising during shift work. Brooke is a paramedic and Ray is a strength and conditioning coach. Together, they created ‘Emergency Fit’ for emergency workers and first responders to tailor a fitness program to the shift work and needs appropriate to the work lifestyle.
