Episode 217: Lucky

It can be difficult to see how lucky we are sometimes. Over this past week, I fell into that trap of absorbing only the bad. Feelings of self-loathing and subjective self-pitty were my most intimate of companions during that 7 day stretch.

But, as all things do, change came to me. Living with PTSD can bring about unique challenges and hurdles to navigate. It can also remind me of just how fortunate I really am…
